Privacy Policy

SimDojo respects your privacy and complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and is GDPR-aware. This policy explains what we collect and why.

1. What we collect

Email address (for receipts, access and product updates), purchase records, and anonymous usage events (which simulators are run, feature usage) to improve the product. We do not collect sensitive personal data.

2. AI tutor data

When you ask the AI tutor a question, the simulator state and your question are sent to our AI provider to generate a response. We do not use your questions to train models and we do not store chat transcripts beyond transient processing.

3. Payments

Card and UPI details are handled directly by Razorpay/Stripe. We never see or store your full payment credentials.

4. Cookies

We use a single signed cookie to remember your unlock status, and privacy-friendly analytics (no cross-site tracking).

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com.

6. Retention

We keep purchase records as required for tax/GST compliance and delete other data on request.
